room to live

you might just come to thinking that again I abandoned the blog, realizing that there was no outfit post the last couple of days and shamelessly I even re-used a picture that was taken months ago!
but ha, not me, not I!
it is only that due to the fact that I will be moving all too soon I have been more absorbed stalking interiour styles than clothing. don´t worry, I´m still wearing heels and sipping coffee.I have been living with the boyfriend for the last couple of months which admittedly cut down most of my ambitions to do any roomwise decoration. I mean, it´s still his place and apart from placing vanilla perfumed candles everywhere I didn´t much take an effort into transforming it into my place.
but now I am willing and eager to create a place for myself that will be more than just a room to live but a room to be. haha, you can tell I read some high maintenance interiour magazine material.
what I came up with so far is that I want the place to be all airy yet quirky in a way.
paper fairy lights, a little chandelier, twirls, clothing like accessoiry.
as for my search in real estates I am completely willing to get something with original oldfashioned wooden floors, all uneven.
then what I think is one of the most important decisions is the colour of the walls.
there I´m in between a lovely shade of rosé which I think is lovely but I already had that in my room at home.
then I love the thought of beige-ish off-white walls with long, white airy window curtains and pink candles everywhere. a room of quirky romance.
