hej! now it´s only two days untill my move to the new city and I am straying around those fall days with a feeling that these siroup-like days can never end, that my life will forever stay this way: filled with nothing more but the sweetness of books, milky froth on top of hot coffee and vintage shops.but how excited I am about the start of university next week!
and I went to ikea yesterday which I think is one of the nicest things to do to get the one or the other thing for the new appartment.
are you the same, having very strong feelings about the seasons?
to me, there is a completely different vibe to everything according to which season it is - summer literally feels like a neverending midsummernight´s dream scenery: floral dresses, bare legs, endless wine-soaked nights..
fall conveys more of a gloomy atmosphere when I love to listen to cat power´s smoky voice and stray through parks that seem to burn with all the colourful leaves with a cup of hot coffee.
winter of course is enchanting with the magic of snow, scents of mulled wine and freshly baked cookies and the glowing anticipation christmas and the change of years bring.
I am lucky to live in the european hemisphere where there is such variety in the seasons!
