today we celebrated the belated birthday of a friend with some raclette which was equally nice but lord, I am stuffed now!
usually, I eat very light food during the week, mostly fruit, yoghourt and soup because I hardly cook a full menu for myself and actually am a girl who does not miss a huge meal- other than coffee, wine or a cigarette now and then. it is all in the priorities, right?
so I am definitely not obsessed with my weight but after this weekend of crapulence I find it easy to get back to my routine of pilates and lightweight food.
