“You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you might find, you get what you need”

sometimes the most random days turn into an amazing time beyond any expectations.

today I was going to meet my mother in the city to get something to eat and catch up on each other (which has become a neccessity with me not living at home anymore and everyone being so very busy we´re contantly missing each other on the phone). we went to an amazing restaurant that is on top of a building right in the center of the city so you can see all hamburg´s sparkling beauty reflecting in the water that randomly fills the city in many places. after having our soups and salads the plan was to just get a coffee and stroll around for another little while.

as if. with all of the alluring sales signs and us just "stopping by" some shops to "just have a look" there was no stopping us.

now I´m on the couch with a glass of wine and a bottle of nail polish, complacently gazing at the pomp of those numerous shopping bags. life is good.

of course I will share the bags´ content soon, let me only say black mongolian fur. I instantly had a pallenberg moment when I spotted it so it was just natural for us to get together. actually, now I´m wondering why there hasn´t been one in my wardrobe forever?
