I actually have a free day today and to be honest I was taken by surprise with the sudden possibility of doing just what I feel like for a whole day. not that I don´t know how to while away my time in the most pleaurable ways- I have been a textbook example of a faineant all past summer long, reading tons of books in the grass with a café latte always within reach and my gladiator heels thrown somewhere on the lawn. I did nothing but becoming a professional reader, raising freckles on my skin and getting natural blonde highlights.but these days my moleskin is ever so filled with appointments, which I enjoy as well, I like the feeling of rushing through town in high heels and a café latte still isn´t out of sight.
but not today, obviously. so now I am able to get back to some things I have been procrastinating for too long: working out the feature with the lovely audrey from frassy which I am extremely thrilled about but haven´t really had the time to get into, running some neccessary errands and meeting some friends later because today, I won´t be too tired to do so - sounds like a plan!
as well, I want to approach you with my favourite model (not counting kate moss who obviously is an icon) julia stegner. she has been a inspiration to me lately when it cames to looks, she was one of the reasons I haven´t had done a fringe anymore because I wanted to see the carefree middle parting look on me. same for the natural blonde hair colour. in general this is what makes julia stegner so intriguing to me: pure, natural beauty without too much visible effort. and although I admittedly don´t know much about her beyond her model looks - I have to catch up on some reading material there- I joyfully realised that she has great style aside the runway, too.so enjoy and happy friday everyone!
