just when I drew breath for that little speech I prepared about the godawful weather situation these days which leads to a desastreous aversion in the clothing situation (or even getting out of the apartment rather than drinking vanilla whey shakes and flipping through glossies and poetry) I look out of the window and there is.. the sun.

the sun.

I mean it´s not as if I hadn´t just dared to make a detour to the nearest shop on which I almost got blewn away in a marry poppins, just far less elegant and merry but swearing and pulling down the tiny rag of what I like to call a dress, way.

-on this note: does anyone else know those incidental flashes of inspiration that urge you to go out because you desperately need triangle bag jasmin tea and rose-coloured moleskin books now? weather regardless now?-

so although the trip pretty much screwed me up so much I can´t see myself leaving the house for the next days (or untill the chance of getting some serious sunlight drastically rises), the sight of pink moleskin glory is delighting.

every girl has some essentials in her life. besides the obvious- coffee in the morning,wine in the night and heels on my feet, I swear by notebooks.

I always seem to find something I need to write down; a quote, a songtext a quick idea, not even talking of the service my moleskin planner renders me every day.
so lately I decided to write down my eating habits. not to change them, just for the survey of it and to figure out possible improvements (like: replace cigarette by eating. eat more, drink less).

being a sucker for the beautiful things in life I think whatever you want to do, motivation is the key.

and what is a better motivation to actually keep track than the visual delight of a pink moleskin notebook?
