the splurge

damnitdamnitdamnit. today I spend an entire day roaming around town with a friend splurging. starting this morning when I had apple juice and café latte for breakfast, put on a pair of ripped jeans and lace up boots and headed for the city.

must be a melange of low blood sugar levels and the delighting sight of my body in the changing room mirrors (detoxing really does it!) that had rag after rag wandering into shopping bags and towards my greedy claws.

good to know that at least I splurged with reason. I´ve got a pair of black gladiator flats, three pairs of gladiator heels so buying a pair of tan middle height gladiator sandals is only natural. I mean, summer will come and I should not be forced to go barefoot, right?

it´s funny, many women admit that they happily prefer buying clothes over food anyday but I come to think that I might really have to do so in the near future.

so what are you up to this weekend?

I will indulge in a glass of champagne to finish the splurge appropriately and make further plans then.
