for the past days nothing more than a glass of juice definitely put a smile upon my face so the fruit salad I´m having for breakfast today seems like the perfect start to a good day.
anyways I´m feeling pretty good about my healthy week- I needed a serious health kick to be full of energy and in great shape in preparation for spring- I have never been beyond my usual size xs but there is a difference between a body in great shape and one just coming from a long winter full of gingerbread lattes.
so this week I´m basically having a delicious veggie soup (all frozen in little containers for the week) and loads of fruit. the diet plan allows little exceptions like a baked potatoe or bananas with skimmed milk- which I love as a breakfast!
